We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
Opened or used products.
Items purchased under discounts or clearance sales.
Perishable goods such as herbal juices, powders, or fresh products.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or guide you on how to return the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed:
Refund will be made to the original payment method (credit card, UPI, bank, etc.)
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Currently, we do not offer product exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please initiate a return, and place a new order.
