Given that we are dealing with Ayurvedic products our company follows a no return or exchange policy. We will only allow exchanges or refund if the product we have delivered is damaged. Each of these orders will be dealt with on an individual and case-by-case basis. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer and ensure to provide receipt number for speedy damaged product redressal.
