1. Order Processing

● Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement.
● Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days.
● Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be
processed the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeline

● Delivery usually takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on
your location.
● Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote areas
may take longer.

3. Shipping Charges

● Free shipping on orders above ₹500
● Shipping charges may apply on orders below ₹500 or during
special offers

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

● COD is available on selected orders and locations
● We may contact you for order confirmation before dispatch

● Repeated order refusals may result in COD restriction for
future orders

5. Order Tracking

● Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link
via SMS/Email/WhatsApp
● You can track your order in real-time through the courier
partner

6. Delivery Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
● Weather conditions
● Courier partner delays
● High order volumes
● Unforeseen circumstances
We appreciate your patience in such situations.

7. Incorrect Address / Contact Details

● Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping
details
● Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delivery
delays or failure

8. Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)
Orders may be returned to us if:
● Customer is unavailable

● Incorrect address provided
● Order is refused at delivery
In such cases:
● Re-shipping charges may apply
● Prepaid orders may be refunded after deducting shipping
costs

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

● If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48
hours of delivery with photos & parcel opening video
● We will arrange a replacement or resolution
● In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the
courier partner and assist you accordingly

10. Serviceable Locations
We currently ship across India. Availability of COD and delivery
timelines may vary by location.
