Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01/05/2026


At Shree Sakshi Ayurveda, we are committed to delivering
high-quality products. Please read our return and refund policy
carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
● The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time
of delivery
● The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
● The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
📌 Important:
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic consumable products, we do NOT
accept returns for opened or used products.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

● Customers must record a clear unboxing video while
opening the package
● The video must show:
○ Sealed package
○ Product condition
○ Intact Shipping Label

🚫 Claims without proper video proof may not be accepted

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
● Opened or used products
● Products without original packaging
● Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
● Minor packaging damage that does not affect product
quality

4. Return Process
Step 1: Raise Request
Email us at support@shreesakshiayurveda.com within 48 hours
with:
● Order ID
● Issue details
● Unboxing video/photos

Step 2: Verification
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
Step 3: Pickup
If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you for return
shipping

5. Refund Policy

● Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval
● Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days after
approval
Refund Mode:

● Prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method
● COD orders → Refunded via bank transfer or store credit

6. Replacement Policy

● In most cases, we prioritize replacement over refund
● Replacement will be shipped at no additional cost after
approval

7. Order Cancellation

● Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
● Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

8. Failed Delivery / RTO
If an order is returned due to:
● Customer unavailability
● Incorrect address
● Order refusal
👉 Then:
● Re-shipping charges may apply
● Refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting
shipping costs

9. Abuse & Fraud Protection
We reserve the right to:
● Reject return/refund requests in case of suspicious activity
● Block users for repeated misuse of return policy

10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
● Check your bank account
● Contact your payment provider
