At Shreesakshiayurveda, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with our Ayurvedic products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.Condition:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or used products
Items purchased on sale or with special discounts
Products damaged after delivery
Items without original packaging
2. Return Process
Initiate a Return:
Email us at support@shreesakshiayurveda.com or call our customer care at +91- 63771 99919 within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, reason for return, and images of the product (if applicable).Approval:
Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with return instructions.Shipping:
Ship the product back to our address as provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Inspection:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.Approval:
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.Partial Refunds:
Only partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition or returned after the return window.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at support@shreesakshiayurveda.com.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
